AboutDomaine La Gayolle
The Paul family acquired Domaine La Gayolle in Provence in 1855. Nicolas Paul succeeded his father Jacques in 2010, becoming the seventh generation to manage the estate.
The 72-hectare property lies at La Celle beneath the Massif de La Loube, with vineyards, oak and maritime pine in the surrounding landscape. Its small chapel, Notre-Dame de La Gayolle, is classified as a French Historic Monument. New trees and hedges are being planted to encourage biodiversity in the vineyards.
