Domaine Joseph Voillot has been shaped by six generations of one family in Volnay. Étienne Chaix now leads the domaine, having returned to work alongside his family before taking on its day-to-day direction.
Its eight hectares span thirteen appellations across Volnay, Pommard, Beaune and Meursault. Herbicides are no longer used in the vineyards, and the grapes are harvested by hand.
