The Burrier family began assembling the vineyards of Domaine Joseph Burrier in 2007, among the crus of Beaujolais. The domaine now covers six hectares. A purpose-built winery was completed in 2017. Its red-wine vineyards have been certified organic since 2021.

The palate is supple and finely shaped, balancing juicy Gamay fruit with bright freshness and a gentle savoury edge. Silky tannins carry a long, poised finish. Serve lightly cool with roast chicken, charcuterie or mushroom dishes.
