AboutDomaine Garnier & Fils
Brothers Xavier and Jérôme Garnier lead Domaine Garnier & Fils with a small team whose work runs from the vines through the cellar. Work on the family cellar began in 1992, with further expansions as the domaine grew. Twenty-five hectares of family vineyards supply Petit Chablis and Chablis, while partner growers provide fruit for the Premier Cru and Grand Cru wines.
The family’s vineyards produced their first certified-organic harvest in 2024. Fermentations use native yeasts, and ageing ranges from twelve to thirty months according to the wine and vineyard.

French Wine
Bright citrus and orchard fruit open with a pale floral lift and a clean mineral note. The palate is juicy and concentrated, balancing ripe fruit with firm freshness and a finely textured centre. Subtle savoury detail gives the wine depth without muting its clarity. The finish is long and poised, carrying lemon, pear and stony mineral character with the density and precision expected from Grand Cru Chablis.
