Domaine Fond Cyprès has fifteen hectares on north-facing slopes in the Corbières, with blue marl soils and persistent wind. The vines have been farmed organically since 2006. The range is built around individual grape varieties and vineyard parcels. Grapes are harvested by hand and fermented with native yeasts.

Ripe stone fruit leads with the generous scent of a warm orchard, balanced by a clear line of freshness. The palate is rounded but not heavy, carrying peach and apricot tones through a clean, stainless-steel profile. A gentle savoury note adds shape through the centre. Bright and quietly textured, it closes with lingering orchard fruit and a fresh, composed finish.
