AboutDomaine Clarence Dillon
Domaine Clarence Dillon brings together the Bordeaux wines of the Dillon family. Clarence Dillon bought Château Haut-Brion in 1935; his great-grandson, Prince Robert de Luxembourg, later created Clarendelle in his honour.
The house’s winemaking team revisits the Clarendelle blends each year, working with long-standing Bordeaux growers and, for some blends, wines from the Dillon estates. The Clarendelle wines are cellared until the team considers them ready for release.
Clarendelle 2022 Bordeaux Rosé
French Rosé
Raspberry, strawberry and redcurrant lead, with delicate florals and mint adding freshness. The palate is dry and well balanced, combining bright berry fruit with a smooth texture and lively acidity. Clean and gently savoury through the finish, it suits grilled salmon, summer vegetables, charcuterie, soft cheeses or a chilled glass before dinner.
