Domaine Bachey-Legros

Lénaïc and Samuel Legros are the sixth generation of a Santenay winegrowing family whose history reaches back to the nineteenth century. Many of the estate’s vineyard parcels were planted between 1935 and 1955. Its vineyards span Santenay, Chassagne-Montrachet and Maranges, growing Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

For the whites, gentle pressing is followed by barrel fermentation and 12 to 15 months of ageing. The reds are made with gentle extraction.
