Fresh juniper opens the nose, framed by bay leaf, immortelle and the aromatic herbs of the Corsican maquis. Lemon and citron bring vivid citrus through the palate, giving the gin lift and definition without losing its dry botanical core. The texture is smooth and balanced, moving from pine and green herbs into bright peel and a lightly rounded finish. Serve with tonic and a twist of lemon, or use where a clean, citrus-led dry gin is called for.
