Peach and melon aromas mingle with green herbs, steamed rice and a subtle yoghurt-like savoury note. The palate is light to medium in body, showing poised fruit, gentle umami and a faint touch of spice. Its balance becomes especially expressive at room temperature or when gently warmed. Pair with grilled fish, mushroom dishes, roast poultry, miso-glazed vegetables or simple rice dishes.
