Deep Roots Winery

Fresh apple and lemon zest give this a clear, bright opening, followed by a supple palate with juicy citrus at its centre. A subtle lactic, savoury edge adds character without obscuring the fruit. Straightforward and lively, it closes cleanly with enough texture for goat cheese, simply prepared shellfish or green vegetables.
