Deadhead Rum

Rich and aromatic, with coffee, dark chocolate and caramel layered over allspice, cinnamon and nutmeg. Clove and anise add definition through the middle, while ripe orchard-fruit notes and a faint minty lift keep the palate from feeling overly sweet. The texture is rounded and warming, leading into a long, dry-spiced finish. Pour neat or over a single cube to enjoy its depth, or use it where a compact measure of characterful aged rum is needed.
