Deep cacao and roasted malt lead, followed by dark chocolate, blackcurrant and a savoury layer from miso. Oats and rye build a rich, smooth texture, while peppery warmth gives the finish structure without eclipsing the cocoa. Generous and contemplative, it suits slow sipping alongside braised beef, blue cheese, chocolate tart, roasted mushrooms or other deeply flavoured dishes.
