AboutCuatro Manos
Vincent Wallard has made wine as Cuatro Manos since 2014, working with grapes purchased from growers in the Loire and Beaujolais. In 2020 he added a leased 1.4-hectare parcel of Cabernet Franc. His cellar work includes removing grape stems by hand, long macerations and ageing in barrels of different sizes in the limestone caves at Berrie.

French Red
Red fruit and a grenadine-like character appear in a fresh, light profile. Grolleau and Gamay form the blend, and alcohol is listed at eleven percent. Green-pepper berry aromas and earthy mineral tones are also present; the style is light and ethereal. This natural red comes from Berrie in the Loire Valley and is classified as Vin de France.
