Crossbarn by Paul Hobbs

Green apple, white peach and citrus blossom aromas accompany pear, kumquat and lime zest. The palate has brisk acidity, minerality and a vibrant finish. Baker’s yeast and crushed stone are also present. The wine is medium-bodied and silky, with crisp fruit. Chardonnay comes from the Sonoma Coast in California. The wine is unoaked, and production totalled sixteen thousand cases.
