Olivia Lovenmark-Hay founded Coupe Beverages in Vancouver in 2020, following her idea for a ready-to-serve cocktail the year before. Its Duchess Cocktails range pairs bar-strength bottled drinks with lighter, sparkling Spritz cans. Production moved into an East Vancouver factory in 2022 and expanded again to a larger Vancouver facility in 2025. Lovenmark-Hay continues to lead the company as chief executive.
