AboutCostières de Pomérols
The Costières de Pomérols cooperative brings together growers around the Étang de Thau, on Languedoc’s Mediterranean coast. Their vineyards span limestone plateaux, garrigue and sites facing the lagoon, in an area closely associated with Picpoul de Pinet.
Its Beauvignac range also includes rosé, red and sparkling wines. The growers follow a shared approach to crop protection, with particular attention to the lagoon’s water.
Beauvignac 2025 Grenache Rosé
Lychee, strawberry and raspberry lead, with a subtle note of Mediterranean herbs in the background. The palate is juicy and softly rounded, balancing ripe red fruit with fresh, well-integrated acidity. Lightly creamy in texture and clean on the finish, this is a polished, highly drinkable rosé for salads, grilled fish or charcuterie.
