White flowers, light frothy bubbles, green apple, peach, ripe pear and raw almond bitterness define the profile. Glera undergoes skin maceration, spontaneous fermentation and ageing in stainless steel. Bottle refermentation uses grape must, and the wine remains undisgorged. It is unfined, unfiltered and made without added sulphur, leaving the natural yeast sediment in the bottle.
