Dark fruit and toffee shape this malt-forward Belgian-style ale, with rum-soaked toasted French oak adding a deeper, gently warming layer. Natural conditioning in the can gives the palate a smooth, delicate texture and keeps the richer flavours composed. The oak remains integrated rather than dominant, carrying dried-fruit and caramel tones through the finish. Serve slightly cool with braised beef, roast duck, aged cheese or dark chocolate.
