Collovray & Terrier

This pale rosé blends Syrah, Cinsault, Grenache and Merlot from the Aude in southern France. The highest vineyard plots reach 600 metres in the Pyrenean foothills. Wild strawberry, grapefruit, orange and watermelon define the profile, with a snappy, bright finish. Freshness and delicacy suit a warm patio, while a spinach, chicken and blueberry salad is one suggested pairing.
