The Miotto family settled on the Col Vetoraz hill in 1838 and began cultivating vines beside the slopes of Cartizze. The present company took shape in 1993, when Francesco Miotto joined forces with agronomist Paolo De Bortoli and winemaker Loris Dall’Acqua. Francesco now works alongside his children, Francesca and Daniele.
The winery stands at nearly 400 metres in the Cartizze hills, overlooking steep vineyards sheltered by mountains to the north. Its wines are made only from Valdobbiadene DOCG grapes, harvested by hand.

Fine, persistent bubbles carry rose, citrus blossom and acacia over white peach, pear and crisp apple. The palate is dry and refreshing, with a creamy mousse balanced by lively lemon, gentle herbs and a subtle saline mineral note. Bright and focused through the finish, it is a natural aperitif or partner for seafood.
