AboutCodorníu
Codorníu traces its winegrowing history to 1551 in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia. In 1872, Josep Raventós made the house’s first traditional-method sparkling wine, helping lay the foundations for Cava.
The cellars designed by Josep Puig i Cadafalch for Manuel Raventós became a national historic-artistic monument in 1976. Codorníu’s Cava is made by the traditional method, with its second fermentation taking place in the bottle.
Codorníu Zero Brut Alcohol-Free Sparkling Wine
Fine bubbles carry apple, tropical-fruit and citrus aromas, with delicate white-flower notes and a fresh, bright palate. This alcohol-free sparkling wine is made from Airén, with alcohol gently removed under vacuum at low temperature to preserve its character. Serve well chilled as an aperitif, or alongside seafood, fresh salads, grilled fish, vegetables, fruit-led dishes or light desserts.
