Bright red cherry and blackberry meet peppery spice, graphite and a restrained touch of cedar. The palate is full yet composed, with ripe tannins, fresh acidity and a supple, savoury finish. Biodynamic farming and stainless-steel ageing keep the fruit clear and energetic. Decant briefly and serve with lamb, mushrooms or lentils.

French White
Lemon, chalk and a gentle yeasty note lead into a broad, finely textured palate. Ageing on fine lees in seasoned French oak brings creaminess and quiet depth, while bright citrus, salinity and mineral grip keep the finish poised. Biodynamically grown and bottled without fining or filtration, it pairs beautifully with roast chicken, richer fish dishes or aged goat cheese.
