AboutDomaine Chavy-Chouet

Domaine Chavy-Chouet unites the Chavy and Chouet families of Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet, with seven generations of winegrowing behind it. Romaric Chavy took responsibility for the domaine in 2006. The estate now spans about fifteen hectares and fourteen appellations, with holdings across Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Saint-Aubin, Volnay and Pommard.

No herbicides have been used for more than thirty years; vineyard work relies on cultivation, observation and measured applications of sulphur and copper when required. Wine is moved by gravity in the cellar.

Domaine Chavy-Chouet 2022 Meursault Les Grands Charrons

French White
$234.99
Bright pale gold, with ripe lemon zest, white acacia, fresh hazelnut and a subtle flinty reduction. Concentrated white peach and citrus oil give the palate breadth, while crisp acidity keeps the texture focused. The finish is long, saline and chalky, balancing quiet richness with the precision and energy of fine white Burgundy.
