Château Pradeaux

Mourvèdre forms the core, with Grenache in support. The cuvée is made with gentle crushing without destemming, native-yeast fermentation in temperature-controlled concrete and extended maceration. Long ageing follows in seasoned oak foudres. Freshness and firm tannins are central to the house style, placing grape composition, maceration and long foudre ageing at the centre of this traditional red.
