Château Lassègue

Sundials on Château Lassègue’s eighteenth-century façade once helped vineyard workers follow the day. The Jackson and Seillan families became partners here in 2003; Nicolas Seillan and his wife Christina now run the estate with both families’ support.

Its clay-limestone slopes at Saint-Hippolyte are planted to Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. Pierre Seillan’s approach treats small vineyard sections individually, fermenting their grapes in separate vats before blending.
