Château La Salargue

Deep ruby colour accompanies very ripe fruit. The palate is fleshy, structured and balanced. The vines grow on clay-silt soils over gravel on the left bank of the Dordogne at Moulon. The cuvée comes from a one-hectare parcel within a sixty-five-hectare property, with vines averaging thirty-five years. Maturation takes place for twelve months in concrete tanks.
