AboutChâteau La Salargue
The Lassagne family farms Château La Salargue at Moulon, beside the Dordogne. Their winegrowing history began in 1952, when Paul Lassagne bought Château des Landes. Nicolas joined the family business in 2001 and Sabrina in 2017. Mature vines grow on clay-loam over gravel, and the wine ages for twelve months in concrete vats.
