Château de Laubade

Ripe plum, pastry and vanilla lead the nose, joined by citrus and a mild wildflower note. The palate is full and rounded, with dried fruit and honey layered over espresso, clove and black pepper. Despite its richness, the spirit keeps a delicate line and measured sweetness rather than becoming heavy. The finish is long, softly spiced and warming. Serve neat after dinner, or use a modest pour to bring depth to a classic brandy cocktail.
