Château d’Astros

Peach, melon and citrus form a fresh profile with a rounded palate. Redcurrant and citrus appear in a silky finish. The rosé is made from Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah grown in Provence. Grapes are harvested at night, and cellar work limits added inputs and sulphites. The wine carries organic status, is classified under Côtes de Provence and contains 13 percent alcohol.
