AboutChâteau Beaumont

The land that became Château Beaumont was cleared for vines from 1772, before Monsieur Bonnin established the vineyard in 1824. The Bonnin family built the present Renaissance-inspired château in 1854.

Its Haut-Médoc vineyard forms a single block of deep gravel, planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot. Beaumont has held Terra Vitis certification since 2004. In the cellar, the aim is to preserve the fruit rather than let oak dominate.
