AboutChampagne Christophe Mignon

Christophe Mignon’s family roots in Le Mesnil-le-Huttier reach back to Édouard Moutardier and Marie Lanne in 1882. Christophe, the fifth generation, established his own domaine at La Boulonnerie in 1983, with Meunier at its heart. Laurence joined in 2006, and their son Loann now works alongside Christophe in the vineyards and cellar.

The estate’s 100% Meunier Champagnes include Brut Nature wines. Work follows the lunar calendar, and the wines are bottled without filtration. ADN de Meunier is made without oak, while the ADN de Foudre wines spend a year in large oak casks.

Serve lightly chilled in a small pour with pâté, blue cheese or fruit tart.

Champagne Christophe Mignon NV ADN de Meunier Brut Nature

French Sparkling
$131.99

Crushed flowers, ripe pear, dried herbs, mint and lemon peel rise from the glass with an airy, lifted feel. The palate is dry and finely drawn, combining bright acidity with subtle orchard fruit and a chalky, lightly saline edge. Floral accents return on the energetic finish, giving this zero-dosage Champagne clarity and poise.
