AboutChampagne Charles Mignon
Bruno and Laurence Mignon founded Champagne Charles Mignon in Épernay in 1995, drawing on their family’s winegrowing roots near Festigny. Their children Manon and Guillaume now work in the business.
The house has vines in Grand Cru Chouilly on the Côte des Blancs and works with Chardonnay, Meunier and Pinot Noir. Small, temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats keep individual lots separate in the cellar. Its Grand Cru Comte de Marne collection grew from a collaboration with Claude Fievet Comte de Marne in the 1990s.

French Wine
Bright stone fruit opens with a nutty note, light spice and a delicate chalky edge. The palate is creamy yet vibrant, its concentrated fruit carried by a persistent mousse and focused acidity. Subtle savoury depth develops through the middle without dulling the wine's energy. The finish is long and mineral, returning to orchard fruit, spice and a clean salivating freshness.
