Caves Saint Desirat
Since 1960, Cave Saint Desirat has been operating on the terraced vineyards bordering the right bank of the River Rhone, part of the Saint-Joseph AOP.
Saint Desirat 2022 Syrah
A peppery Northern Rhône-style Syrah with blackberry, blueberry and violet over smoked meat and savoury herbs. The palate is juicy and medium-bodied, with fresh acidity and fine tannins carrying the dark fruit into a smooth, spice-led finish. It pairs naturally with grilled lamb, sausages, lentils or dishes seasoned with black pepper and rosemary.
