Cape Fynbos Gin

Deep herbal aromas lead a distinctly South African profile, with juniper, wild fynbos and bright orange essence joined by clove, white pepper and a touch of honey. More than thirty indigenous botanicals bring layered floral, earthy and citrus detail, while careful maceration and vapour infusion keep the palate smooth and defined. The middle is complex without becoming dense, moving from herbs into warm spice and gentle sweetness. A clean finish leaves juniper, orange and pepper behind.
