Cantina Terlano

Brilliant pale yellow with green nuances, the wine brings green apple, white peach, lemon balm and mint. Peach also appears on the palate, which is lively and mellow, with freshness, minerality and a persistent finish. The blend is sixty percent Pinot Bianco, thirty percent Chardonnay and ten percent Sauvignon Blanc. It contains thirteen-and-a-half percent alcohol and matures in stainless steel and large wood.

Light straw yellow in colour, the wine carries grapefruit, white peach, lychee and floral notes. The palate is rounded and soft, with harmonious acidity, black-tea spice, melon, mango and fine minerality. Grapes are hand-picked and selected, then gently whole-cluster pressed. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel, followed by about six months on fine lees in steel.
