Cambria Estate Winery is a family-owned Santa Maria Valley estate under Barbara Banke and her daughters, Katherine and Julia Jackson. Banke and Jess Jackson established the winery in 1986 after acquiring the Tepusquet Vineyard, first planted in 1971. Head winemaker Jill Russell joined Cambria in 2017.
The 1,500-acre estate focuses on Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with vineyards named for Katherine and Julia. Vineyard blocks are harvested and vinified separately in small lots.

American Red
Ripe blackberry and blueberry open into cranberry, wild cherry and bright pomegranate. The palate balances generous red and dark fruit with earthy depth, baking spice and firm tannins, retaining a cool coastal poise beneath the richness. Long and composed through the finish, it is a polished match for mushroom dishes, roast chicken, grilled salmon or mild cheeses.
