AboutCa' del Bosco

Ca’ del Bosco began in 1964, when Annamaria Clementi Zanella bought a two-hectare wooded property in Erbusco. Antonio Gandossi planted the first vines in 1968, and Annamaria’s son Maurizio Zanella developed the property into a Franciacorta estate. Champagne cellar master André Dubois joined in 1979 and helped shape the house’s approach to sparkling wine.

The estate farms organically and washes and dries each bunch of grapes. The wine now called Annamaria Clementi began with the 1979 vintage as Franciacorta Millesimato and was renamed in 1989 to honour the founder.

Italian Sparkling
$144.99

Golden and finely beaded, with baked apple, ripe stone fruit and freshly made pastry layered over acacia honey, wet stone and discreet oak spice. The palate is creamy yet controlled, adding hazelnut, ginger, almond and bitter lemon around a firm mineral core. Long lees ageing brings depth without sacrificing precision, leaving an elegant, savoury finish.
