Bunnahabhain

Dried fruit, sherry and toffee open with a warm, polished richness. The palate layers honeyed nuts over mellow oak, with restrained spice providing lift and a subtle coastal salinity keeping the sweetness composed. Full-flavoured but not heavy, it closes dry and persistent, carrying dried fruit, gentle spice and a final savoury trace of sea salt. Serve neat or with a small splash of water.
