Dark red with a light head, this oak-matured Flemish sour balances firm acidity with a surprisingly full, composed palate. Aromas of sour cherry, vanilla and cocoa lead into dried cherry and gentle wood tones, finishing clean and persistent. Serve cool with roast duck, braised beef, aged cheese or dark chocolate, where its brightness can cut through richer flavours.
