Intense ripe-cherry aroma leads into a vivid, naturally tart lambic with a deep ruby colour and lively bottle-conditioned sparkle. A blend of older and younger barrel-aged lambics gives the palate both sharp acidity and rounded fruit, while subtle lemon and vanilla notes add detail through the finish. Serve cool with duck, charcuterie, aged Gouda, dark chocolate or cherry-led desserts.
