A touch sweeter than Brassneck's usual lager profile, with a more delicate hop presence that keeps the beer gentle rather than assertive. The collaboration with Como Taperia was conceived specifically as a Mediterranean lager, placing ease and restraint ahead of bitterness. Serve cold with olives, grilled sardines, Spanish tortilla, roast peppers, marinated anchovies or a simple plate of charcuterie.
