AboutBrasserie de Silly

Brasserie de Silly began in 1850 as the Cense de la Tour farm-brewery in the Hainaut village of Silly, making saison for seasonal workers. Brewing replaced farming in 1947, and the same family has carried the business through six generations.

Saison remains part of the range, alongside wheat beer, hop-forward IPA and a malt-and-wheat beer with pink grapefruit.

Brasserie de Silly Silly Blanche Belgian Witbier

Belgian Beer
$6.49
Cloudy white in the glass, with coriander opening the aroma before subtle citrus and dried orange peel emerge. Wheat and malt give the beer a gentle, rounded base, while Hallertau hops keep the profile fresh and balanced. The finish is light, refreshing and clearly citrus-led without becoming sharp. Serve well chilled with mussels, grilled prawns, soft goat cheese or a crisp summer salad.

Brasserie de Silly Green Killer IPA

Belgian Beer
$6.99
A highly hopped Belgian IPA with a powerful aroma and a firm, structured bitterness. Citrus notes lead the profile, followed by a measured layer of spice that gives the palate extra definition. The malt remains present beneath the hops, bringing balance without softening the beer’s decisive character. A dry finish carries the citrus and spice cleanly. Serve cool with grilled sausages, fried chicken, sharp cheddar or spicy vegetable dishes.

Brasserie de Silly Silly Saison

Belgian Beer
$6.99
An amber Belgian saison with a light, refreshing profile and a measured balance of fruit, sweetness and bitterness. Kent and Hallertau hops bring gentle herbal definition, while malt and yeast shape a smooth, subtly fruity centre. The palate stays composed and easy-drinking, finishing dry enough to keep the soft sweetness in check. Serve cool with roast chicken, grilled sausages, mussels, washed-rind cheese or herb-led vegetable dishes.

Brasserie de Silly Pink Killer Pink Grapefruit Beer

Belgian Beer
$6.99
A pale pink fruit beer with a vivid grapefruit aroma and a bright citrus-led profile. Malt and wheat give the palate a soft, lightly rounded base, while pink grapefruit brings juicy sweetness, fresh acidity and a restrained bitter edge. The finish is refreshing and clean, with citrus lingering beyond the gentle grain character. Serve well chilled with grilled prawns, fish tacos, spicy chicken, fresh goat cheese or fruit-led salads.
