BOND

Ripe blueberry and fresh blackberry are joined by plum, black pepper, liquorice and graphite. The palate is powerful and full-bodied, with juicy acidity, focused tannins and a mineral, earthy finish. Notes of truffle and damp soil add savoury complexity beneath the concentrated fruit. This remains structured, so give it time in a decanter and serve with grilled ribeye, braised short ribs or roast lamb.
