Primitivo Collantes Los Cuartillos Moscatel Viejo
Amber-gold and naturally sweet, this Moscatel offers orange peel, honey, dried fruit, stone fruit and toasted almond. Fresh acidity balances the rounded, silky texture, leading to a long and gently nutty finish. The fruit comes from Moscatel de Grano Menudo grown near Chiclana de la Frontera, and the wine spends two years in American oak. Pair it with blue cheese, cured meats or chocolate and fruit desserts.
Primitivo Collantes Fino Ceballos NV
Palomino Fino from the Pozo Galván vineyard grows on luminous albariza soils and rests for three years under flor. Olive brine, fresh meadow grass, green herbs and Marcona almonds meet a saline finish. The family’s vineyards also include Matalián and El Inglés around Chiclana de la Frontera. This dry Fino can accompany simply prepared seafood, cured ham or roast pork.
Primitivo Collantes 11 Mil 130 Artisan Vermouth
Deep mahogany with copper highlights, this Andalusian vermouth opens with aromatic herbs, warm spice and orange peel. The palate is gently sweet but neatly balanced by a measured bitter edge, giving the rich colour and botanical depth a clean, composed shape. Serve over ice in a wide glass with lemon or orange, or use it to bring savoury complexity to a classic cocktail. It is a natural match for olives, smoked seafood, conservas and cured meats.
