Mango, guava, kiwi and pear lead a fresh, clean profile with a mineral underside. Apple, citrus fruit, orange blossom and honey are also present, with oak ageing adding complexity. Chardonnay grows in old overhead pergolas in the Zonda Valley. The wine comes from San Juan, Argentina, and carries thirteen percent alcohol, 5.58 grams per litre of total acidity and 2.5 grams per litre of residual sugar.

Ripe blackberry and dark plum lead, with a jammy richness and sweet oak spice giving the nose an easy warmth. The palate is medium-bodied and supple, balancing stewed dark fruit with a gentle savoury edge. Bitter chocolate and baking spice shape the finish, making this an approachable red for grilled sausages, slow-cooked beef or smoky vegetables.
