AboutBisol
A document from 1542 places the Bisol family among the vine growers of Chartice, the hillside now called Cartizze. The modern business grew from Eliseo Bisol’s work before the First World War, then recovered in the 1920s under his son Desiderio. Known as Jeio, Desiderio later travelled the Conegliano-Valdobbiadene hills by motorcycle, seeking distinctive parcels.
Today the house focuses on Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG, keeping harvests from different vineyards separate. Cartizze’s steep slopes are cultivated largely by hand, with Bisol among its historic growers.

Fresh green apple, pear and white flowers lead, with citrus, peach and apricot close behind. The palate is bright and balanced, its gentle mousse carrying crisp grapefruit, straw and aromatic herbs. A subtle river-stone note adds definition, while a delicate savoury edge keeps the clean, lively finish dry and precise.
