Bellenda Fratelli Cosmo Prosecco DOC Extra Dry
Italian Sparkling
Golden Delicious apple, peach and wisteria accompany a luminous appearance, fine bubbles and a soft mousse. The palate is smooth, fruit-forward and structured, with refreshing crispness. Glera comes from south-southwest-facing vineyards at 120 to 240 metres in the hills of Treviso. Grapes are harvested by hand. Fermentation takes place at eighteen to twenty degrees Celsius, and Italian-method refermentation lasts about two months in steel pressure tanks.
Bellenda Così È Col Fondo Prosecco
Italian Sparkling
Apple, pear, lychee, white peach, honeysuckle and mint appear with fine, delicate bubbles. The wine is dry, fresh and saline, with a natural yeast deposit that allows it to be served clear or cloudy. Glera from Carpesica grows on calcareous clay soils. Bottle refermentation begins in spring after must is added to the base wine.
