Chardonnay from two vineyards, one in Oliver and one in Kamloops, brings together contrasting levels of acidity. Half the fruit comes from Cerqueira Vineyard, where limestone is present. Made in the traditional method, the wine is fresh and dry with citrus notes. The same collection also included separate Keremeos and Orchard House Blanc de Blancs bottlings.

Red currant, plum and espresso bean aromas meet red liquorice, sour cherry, cranberry, pomegranate and chocolate-cherry flavours. Marechal Foch from Hancock Vineyard in Naramata forms this sparkling red. The juice undergoes an open-top wild fermentation in stainless steel, then is racked from gross lees and bottled with sugar for secondary fermentation. The bottles are riddled and disgorged, with twenty parts per million of sulphur added.

Chardonnay comes from King Family Farms in Penticton. The ancestral method uses a single fermentation: the wine is bottled while still fermenting and finishes that fermentation in bottle. Grapes are destemmed and basket pressed, with two rackings before hand riddling and hand disgorgement. No dosage is added. The vineyard was farmed conventionally for this release.

Pale peach in colour, this bone-dry pétillant naturel has a racy profile with tangerine, wild strawberry, white peach and crunchy green apple. Gamay Noir comes from the organically farmed Mariani Vineyard on the Naramata Bench. The wine carries nine percent alcohol and was produced in a seventy-five-case lot. It is made by the ancestral method.

Cabernet Franc leads this organically grown field blend, made by the team behind Plot Vineyards. The profile is juicy, with a light herbaceous accent. The project began in Naramata with a focus on British Columbia sparkling wines. Under Bree McKage, the winery moved to Keremeos in the Similkameen Valley while continuing to work with well-farmed vineyards.

Wild strawberries, Rainier cherries and fine spice shape a brisk, bone-dry profile. The wine is made from Gamay and carries 10.4% alcohol. Traditional-method production creates the sparkling rosé style. Fruit comes from Naramata Village in the Okanagan Valley. The small sparkling house works with Chardonnay and Gamay, focusing its wines on fruit and the differences among vineyard sites.

Bright lemon, lemon peel and river stone run through a crisp, dry palate, with lingering citrus and smoked stone on the finish. Chardonnay from King Vineyards was picked over two days, with most of the fruit resting overnight on its skins. Whole clusters were pressed before native fermentation. A Champagne-yeast tirage initiated secondary fermentation, followed by five months on lees, hand riddling and disgorgement.
