Barco del Corneta

White fruit, apricot and citrus open this rounded Verdejo, with anise and fresh herbal notes adding lift. Organically grown fruit from La Seca is partly fermented in French oak, bringing gentle volume while bright acidity keeps the palate precise. The finish is balanced, savoury and persistent. Serve chilled with grilled fish, shellfish, vegetable rice dishes, roast poultry or creamy cheese.
