Barbanera

Clear straw-yellow colour introduces sour cherry, orange blossom, broom and quince. The palate is rich and mineral, with freshness, harmony, a lightly savoury character and a floral finish. Sangiovese is vinified as a white wine, with the fruit soft-pressed before cool fermentation and maturation in stainless steel. The wine contains twelve and a half percent alcohol.
